Ordering

How do I place an order?

Choose your product and size, add it to your cart and complete checkout. An account is not required.

Which payment methods are available?

iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and PayPal.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, enter the code in your cart or at checkout. The discount is applied straight away.

Can I still change my order?

As long as your order has not shipped, we are happy to change it. Get in touch as soon as possible.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders received on working days before 4 pm ship the same day.

How much is shipping?

We ship free within the Benelux over €50. Below that, shipping is €4.95.

How do I return an item?

You can return unopened items within 30 days. Register your return via the contact page.

Products

Where are the products made?

In the EU, in-house and checked batch by batch. Every pack carries a batch code.

How do I recognise an original product?

Order directly from this shop. Our packs are sealed and carry a batch code.

Which size suits me?

30 ml for on the go, 100 ml as the standard studio size and 250 ml for full weeks.

How long does a product keep?

At least 24 months unopened, 12 months after opening. Store dry and below 25 °C.
